Hot off the Maori librarians list: bill before Parliament to remove references to Te Tiriti from all NZ legislation.

When this Bill (2006 66-1) is sent to a Select Committee you and your whanau will be able to make a submission. This is a link to the Select Committee web pages: http://www.clerk.parliament.govt.nz/Programme/Committees/.
You will need to keep an eye on the following pages: 'bills before committees' (tells you what bills are up for discussion) and the 'meetings schedule' (gives you the date submissions need to be made by) and the 'submissions called for' (same as above).
